    General Return and Cancellation Policies

    RETURN POLICY

    Returns must be received by Girlmerry within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition .

    Items must be returned unworn (sanitary liner intact for swimwear), unwashed, and unused

    If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

    RETURN PROCESSING

    You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label.

    Once we receive your return package, please allow 15 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account.

    Exchanges

    We no longer have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for either a refund

    Cancellation Policy

    Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.
