How can I cancel my order?

The majority of our products can be cancelled up until they are shipped for a full refund. If your order status is Pending or Pending Payment, you can easily Cancel your order yourself. If your order status is Processing, you can submit a ticket to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

To Cancel your order (Order Status:Pending or Pending Payment)

  • 1. Sign into your account and click on My Orders.

  • 2. View on the order number that you would like to cancel,click cancel .

To cancel your order (Order Status: Processing)

If your order status is Processing, you can submit a ticket to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • 1. Sign into your account and click on My Orders.

  • 2. Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.

  • 3. Click on the link at the top of the Order Tickets ,You can submit a ticket to cancel your order.

  • Note: Since only orders that have not shipped can be cancelled, once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
